This 2 bedroom, 2 bath,1250 square foot villa offers spacious living with large living room/dining room, two private bedrooms and newly tiled and carpeted floors. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room providing three separate sleeping areas. The living room has direct access to the terrace and a tremendous ocean view.
The kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking, cabinets, refrigerator with built-in ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, dual sinks, a clothes washer and dryer in a utility closet, phone with voice mail, and is fully stocked including dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware.
The master bedroom has a King bed, Jacuzzi, private bathroom with shower and a deck with view of the pool, beach, and ocean. The second bedroom has two Full beds and private bath with bathtub/shower as well as a separate deck with ocean views. Upon arrival you will have fresh linens and towels. Each bedroom suite has TV/DVD.
The villa is centrally located so there is easy and quick access to anywhere on the island. Your villa is 3 blocks from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, ranked as one of the best in the world with over 20 courts, most with well kempt clay surfaces. Three terrific golf courses, also located in Palmetto Dunes, are within 1 to 2 miles from your villa. There are over 30 golf courses on the island, and many more on the other side of the intercoastal.
